Stoic. Socially inept and doesn't like talking. He'll try getting away with answering every single question with some sort of grunt. A perpetual frowny-face, he often gives people the wrong idea. Quite likes company, and gets lonely pretty easily. He'll always have your back, unless you make some kind of extremely horribad impression on him... He only looks mature and broody, but has pretty juvenile and childish ideals.Likes/Dislikes:

Born on Eclipsia, his mother was always frail, and further weakened by her pregnancy, soon succumbed to the illness that plagued her after giving birth. Damien's father blames both his son and himself for the loss of his lovely wife, and started working longer and longer shifts at the factory. He couldn't bear to be in the presence of that which killed his wife, and opted for the easier way out, leaving Damien alone in the house or with a caretaker for most of his childhood years.
For most of his adolescent years, he was heavily made fun of because of his high and squeaky voice, which sounded very much like a girl's. It didn't help that he held no interest in the things boys his age normally did, whether it was making fun of girls or kicking around a soccer ball and getting dirty, preferring to quietly read about the history of Eclipsia's civilization. Because of his small, skinny stature, he was often bullied and never could fight back or defend himself. His perpetually absent father could not provide him the comfort he so sought at that age, and so he felt all he could do was silently endure in hopes of change.
The treatment didn't get any better, and nearly buckling under the pressure, Damien sought release, taking out all of his pent up frustrations on his own body - running until his lungs set themselves on fire, and punching trees until he couldn't lift his arms the next day. All just so that he couldn't bemoan his treatment at school because he simply had no more energy to expend doing such a pointless thing. The physical abuse at the hands of his classmates soon stopped because of all the bulk he was putting on from the abuse of his own body, but they would constantly make fun of his high voice in exchange.
One fine day, he just snapped under all of the mental stress and pummelled his aggressors into sad, sobbing, whimpering submission. Drunk on his new found strength and power, he continued the punishment of his bullies, sending two of them to the hospital with broken limbs and split lips. His father was notified, but did not visit his son, instead, he sent a close friend to monitor the sullen boy in his place. Horrified at what he'd done, Damien chose to avoid this new strange man hanging around in his previously empty home. Unwillingly, and under the instruction of the strange man, he practised the many forms of Tai-Chi, in order to curb his violent tendencies. As the days and months passed, Damien soon grew to trust this strange man he now called 'Uncle', and he had now become a surrogate father of sorts to Damien, but could never completely replace and fill the gap in his heart.
When he'd heard the preacher in the town square call for sons and daughters to join the effort in keeping the monsters of Evonia at bay, he signed up in hopes of a new start, and being able to come to terms with himself for what he had done. His voice has since broken, and it's really low and deep now, but he still doesn't like talking.Additional information:
- He likes walking around the house in nothing but his boxers. Because his dad was never home to tell him what to do lmao
- Wakes up and goes to sleep early. At 5 am, he'll be up practising his form in a strange place, like on the roof, half naked, and at11 pm, he's probably falling asleep on his feet.
- Has a bit of OCD and likes doing things in twos.
- Is horrible at talking to girls, mostly because he doesn't talk in the first place. 6 u 9
